The 4 Things you Need to Know About Ordering Athletic Team Photos

Blake Athletics collaborates with Lifetouch for athletic team photos and individual athletic photos.  The ordering process is outlined below to help understand the process a little better.

1. Pre-Order Link - is sent via Email to the registered athletes for that sport (from Kelly Vang) This link will close after the photo day.  There are no proofs for this option, but there is a slight cost savings.

2. On Photo day - the athletes will take a team photo and individual photo regardless of if they pre-ordered or not.

3. After 3 weeks of Photo Day - Coaches will be given the below items to distribute:

  •  Proofs - if you did not pre-order, you will be given a proof of your athletes photo, and a special code and instructions on how to process the order online
  • Your Order - if you took advantage of the pre-order, you will received any items that you ordered online
